We know that when you're in crisis, you need help now. We can help you in your time of need with our targeted behavior triage services. Targeted Behavior Triage offers short-term crisis intervention in response to an urgent need

What is TBT?

Target Behavior Triage (TBT)  is an innovative approach to reducing escalating behaviors before they become unmanageable. It does so by providing recipients with immediate access to crisis-oriented services that are designed to intervene in moments of distress, without having to be on a waitlist for services. This service is available for those who need immediate attention for their child’s behavior but do not have the resources to get immediate care. It's designed to be preventative so that you can avoid having an emergency crisis altogether.

Target Behavior Triage offers short-term crisis intervention in response to an urgent need. This service is not intended as a substitute for ongoing medical or behavioral care, but rather as an opportunity to provide short-term intervention until a more appropriate long-term treatment option can be found.

Criteria

  • We require that you are the biological parent or legal guardian of the child between the ages of 2 and 12 ,

  • They also need to not be receiving any behavioral or mental health services already,

  • The absences of services must be due to difficulties accessing services, insurance costs, cannot locate a provider, on a waitlist,

  • Must be state of Michigan residents,

  • Have exhausted all other intervention options.

  • Ability to self-pay for an initial consultation $75

  • Have a technology to conduct remote visit although you may request an in-person visit at either of our offices.

  • Lastly, they cannot have any active signs of suicidal ideations.

  • If these requirements are met, then they can request services by signing consent for enrollment and release of information.
